my rants and raves;
my public and private TFEs . . .
Anything and everything
(significant or insignificant) that breeze through my mind . . .

Leaving on a Jetplane
Tuesday, July 24, 2007My classmates and professor all left for Bangkok, Thailand today to attend the Bangkok International Film Festival. Bobby, Neva and I didn't get to join. Too bad. But then I believe that for every seemingly good thing you miss, God sends something even better your way . . . .
I'm flying out to Boracay tomorrow morning. Our flight's at 9:25AM which means I've got to be at the airport by 7:25AM. It's about 10:30PM right now. I still have to pack. I think I'm getting addicted to just being online. Not really chatting with anyone endlessly. Just being online and feeling connected. I like that. Maybe the reason was the more than one month that we didn't have a telephone. Or the two months that we didn't have DSL. Or simply the fact that I am now too lazy to do much of anything.
Anyway, going back, I'll be in Bora until Friday afternoon. Our return flight leave's Kalibo at 4:55PM.
So I guess that means I'll be offline for the next three days. I'd worry if I didn't love being at the beach more than I like staring endlessly into a computer monitor up to the wee hours of the morning–every now and then bobbing my head up and down when I slip into sleep.
Ooh . . . I'm going to be out in the sun (I hope it'll be nice and sunny all three days!). I'll be out swimming again! Finally! Woo-hooh! Yes! You know I just being in the water. I think it's a genetic thing. Everybody in my immediate family loves being in the water. Any kind. At the beach. At a swimming, river, or lake even. Heck, my three year old niece (turning four this October) also loves the water!
Well, I gotta go pack now. Nothing much to say right now, anyway. (I can't "focus" with my sister watching TV so loudly.) Please keep us all in your prayers.
