Is an MBA Really Worth It?
Wednesday, August 22, 2007That's the question I've been asking myself even before I decided to take a Master of Business Administration.
Well, after 21 units of pre-MBA courses, 21 units of core courses, 9 units of electives, 3 units of integrating courses (I only have 6 units of electives, Refresher, one more 3-unit integrating course (Strategic Management) and an OCE (Oral Comprehensive Exam) to graduate–roughly about 3 more trimesters now.), I still ask myself that question sometimes. So far though, personality-wise, it's been worth it. It's just career-wise that I have yet to prove its worth–like I said, I'm in between jobs right now.
