I just received a text from one of my old, slightly-lost buddies just moments ago. He said he's a daddy now!

Congratulations to Mr. and Mrs. Jeruel Ibañez! They are now the proud parents of a brand new baby boy! His name's Ron Leurej. (The father said it's pronounced: Ron Leu.Rey.)

Well, good luck to the kid and to his future teachers in pronouncing that name. ;)

Thanks Mouse for taking an effort in posting this, uuhhmmm..announcement?

This will be a challenge to the teachers to be how to pronounce it right.
