Tsk, tsk. I’ve proven PLDT’s utter unreliability with our past experiences with them. 

This is like shouting at me what I already know so well–PLDT just can’t be trusted:

They’re taken just several seconds apart.

Compare PLDT’s results with these from SpeedTest, taken at almost the same moment as the PLDT ones were.

Well, I got a plan that’s supposed to give me up to 2 MBPS . . . At least SpeedTest’s test results are consistent.

Sorry but i think i don’t believe speedtest.net and not that consistent as you said. my ISP is Smartbro which we know is only providing us 384kbps. here’s my test with speedtest.
